Country Director of USAID Project for Development of Entrepreneurship and Business Environment in Turkmenistan. Vepa has spent most of his professional career (12 of 19 years) managing economic development projects funded by USAID and EU in Turkmenistan. Vepa is also a President of the Chess Federation of Turkmenistan, Research Fellow of the Cambridge Forum on Central Asia, and alumnus of the University of Cambridge Master's Program in Economic Development.
